Joseph Martin-Toney was born in Coatesville, PA. After graduating high school in 2004 from Coatesville Area Senior High School, he attended undergraduate studies at Livingstone College from 2004-2009, where I graduated with Honors in Sport Management with a Minor in Business Administration. After graduating in 2009, he attended graduate school at Millersville University, where he graduated in the Spring of 2013 with a Master's degree in Sport Management with a concentration in Athletic Coaching. After years of coaching in high schools in the tri-state area(CASH, Lower Merion High School, etc), Professor Martin-Toney moved back to North Carolina to begin working in Residence Life and Coaching with the Men's Basketball program at his alma mater, Livingstone College. After three years, he began teaching as an adjunct professor in the Sport Management program at 星空无限传媒 for three years. He was hired as a full-time Instructor of Sport Management and Coaching with the Men's basketball team at 星空无限传媒. Recently, he was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Revenue Generation and Alumni Engagement.
