Dr. Rochelle L. Woods听is the Vice President for Operational Excellence and Chief Operating Officer, where she oversees Human Resources, Facilities, Campus Police, and Information Technology, as well as initiatives aimed at enhancing campus-wide operational efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement.
Previously, she served as the Senior Assistant Dean for Administration, Operations, and Academic Programs at the School of Education at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Woods previously spent over a decade of experience leading impactful large-scale student success programs for students of color, first-generation, and economically disadvantaged high school and undergraduate students at the Ohio State University and the University of Michigan.
She holds an Executive Certificate in Public Policy from the Kennedy School at Harvard University, a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and both an M.A. and Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Michigan.
